To apply:
- Fill in Chulalongkorn University Graduate School’s online Application Form downloadable at http://www.grad.chula.ac.th (Click the dropdown menu for master’s degree part-time programmes.)
- Send the completed Application Form together with the required supporting documents via normal mail to:

Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.
Supporting documents required:
- Application Form printed from the website with the applicant’s photo attached
- One copy of transcript
- One copy of ID card
- An A4-page size statement of purpose
- A letter of recommendation from the employer
- Applicant’s qualifications certificate
- One copy of CU-TEP test result
- Enrolment fee payment slip
Applicant’s qualifications:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, economics, technical education, or other related fields with consent from the programme’s administrative committee
- Meeting requirements of Chulalongkorn University Graduate School (to be announced on a yearly basis). Other qualifications are at the discretion of the programme’s administrative committee.
Remarks:
- Those who possess a two-year bachelor’s degree after having obtained a diploma or equivalent are required to present a copy of their diploma transcript as a supporting document.
- Those who are studying in the last semester of university are required to present their proof of graduation on the enrolment day. Admission to ETM will only be granted when the applicant has completed his/her undergraduate level.

worth 30,000 baht each* - Grants for thesis / independent study
